Library Closings
Pineville branch will be closed the week of May
20-25 to conduct an inventory. Branch
Manager Elizabeth Warren explains "This is the
best time for us to complete this task as both
streets surrounding the library are blocked that
week by KMLF activities." No items will be due
that week and the library's book drop will only be
accessible to foot traffic.
Middlesboro branch will be open for your reading,
information and computing needs.
Both libraries and the bookmobile will be closed
Monday, May 27, in observance of Labor Day.
No items will be due on that date.
Book Sale
News
The Friends of Middlesboro Library's recent book
sale resulted in about $400 and the cake auction
added another $250. There are
carts with unsold books, videos, and audiobooks in
the back lobby. Check them out today!
